machiaka-dm（Instagram DM自動応答サービス）プライバシーポリシー

本ポリシーは、当社が提供するInstagram連携のメッセージ自動応答サービス「machiaka-dm」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者情報の取扱いを定めます。
1. Instagram／Meta APIから取得する情報
- 連携いただいたInstagramプロアカウントの基本情報（アカウントID、ユーザー名）
- 当該アカウント宛に送信されたダイレクトメッセージの内容および送信者ID
- メッセージ送信に必要なアクセストークン
2. 利用目的
- 利用者が送信したキーワードに応じた自動応答（おみくじ等）の送信
- 24時間以内の時間差フォローアップ（口コミ依頼・アンケート等）の送信
- 配信状況の記録および不具合対応
上記目的の範囲を超えて利用しません。広告配信・第三者への販売・一斉販促送信は行いません。
3. 情報の管理・保護
- アクセストークンは暗号化して保管し、サーバー側でのみ復号します。
- 行レベルセキュリティにより、各事業者は自社の情報のみ参照できます。
4. 保存期間とデータ削除
情報は本サービス提供に必要な期間保管します。削除をご希望の場合は、下記エンドポイントまたはお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。Instagramの設定からのデータ削除リクエストにも対応します。

5. 第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。

利用者は、停止用キーワードの返信等によりいつでも自動配信を停止できます。

Privacy Policy — machiaka-dm (English)

This policy describes how we handle user information in our Instagram-integrated automated direct-message reply service “machiaka-dm” (the “Service”).
1. Data we access via the Meta / Instagram API
- The connected Instagram professional account’s basic profile (user id, username).
- Direct messages sent to the connected account, and the sender ID.
- The access token required to send messages.
2. How we use it
- To send automated, keyword-triggered replies (e.g. an “omikuji” fortune).
- To send time-delayed follow-up messages within the 24-hour window (e.g. a review request, a survey).
- To log delivery status and troubleshoot issues.
We use the data solely for the purposes above. We do not sell data, do not publish content, and do not send unsolicited or bulk promotional messages.
3. Storage & protection
- Access tokens are stored encrypted and decrypted only server-side.
- Row-level security ensures each business can access only its own data.
4. Data retention & deletion
Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time:

We also honor data deletion requests initiated from Instagram settings.
5. Third parties
We do not share data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
6. Opt-out
Users can stop automated messages at any time (e.g. by replying with a stop keyword).
